What is the Future Leaders Program?
The Diversity Org’s Future Leaders program is a highly exclusive and sought after program for students in grade 11-12 (USA) / year 11-13 (UK). At no cost to our students, this program has high quality content and ivy league guest lecturers.
Students will participate in classes with highly accomplished guest lecturers and executives from multi-million and billion dollar brands.
Students will be able to gain knowledge, develop professional skills and build connections with world leaders in various industries. This class is virtual so that students can build connections with other students and industry leaders globally.

PUT ON YOUR RESUME/CV
Students can put The Diversity Org's Future Leaders Program on their college applications and resumes/CVs as an extracurricular activity designed for professional and educational development.
MENTORSHIP & CONNECTIONS
Students will get exclusive small group ongoing professional development access to The Diversity Org’s CEO and a Diversity Org Teachers Assistant (TA), as well as participate in classes with highly accomplished guest lecturers and executives.
PAID INTERNSHIPS AND JOBS
Upon completion of the Future Leaders year-long course, students will get first notice of any internship or job opportunities within The Diversity Org or for any of our corporate partners.
THE PROGRAM IS AND ALWAYS WILL REMAIN FREE.
Future Leaders FAQs
When is enrollment?
Enrollment happens on an ongoing monthly basis. The first two weeks of each month The Diversity Org team reviews applications and makes decisions by the end of the second week of each month.
What if I am not accepted, can I enroll again?
Yes, you can enroll again as early as the following month. If you were not accepted, you can schedule a 15 minute session with The Diversity Org’s TA to share with you reasons why you may have not been accepted and what can be done to increase your chances of being enrolled.
Why is this class limited in quantity?
We aim to have a very connected community. We want each student to practice having a voice and be able to maximize this class. Therefore, we limit the class size to achieve that.

What do Global DOers do?
Global DOers students participate in “BILLION Dollar Workshops” to develop skills and connections with employees from BIG brands.
Global DOers get notified about paid internships, apprenticeships, and jobs.
The Global DOers program is commitment free. Attendance to maximize your networking and professional development is encouraged, but not required.
