College DOers
College DOers are our university student community who get access to paid internships, apprenticeships, and entry-level jobs with the biggest companies in the world.
Become a College DOer
Our Goal
College Doer students participate in our Talent Pipeline program. Student’s chances of getting an internship, apprenticeship, and entry-level job through Talent Pipeline are significantly higher than if they were to apply directly.
To give underrepresented students access to paid internships, apprenticeships and job opportunities.
Why Become a College DOer?
Talent Pipeline
What is Talent Pipeline?
We provide training to cohorts of college/university students to help companies acquire diverse and qualified interns, apprentices and entry-level employees.
The Diversity Organization works with several multi-billion dollar companies globally. We also work with universities nationwide to help under-resourced students get access to corporate and high-income careers.
We have helped students from several universities acquire employment. Our University Partners and students have come from New York University (NYU), The New School, Morehouse, Spelman, Barnard College, Columbia University, UCLA, FIT, University of CA Irvine, LSU, SUNY New Paltz, County College of Morris and more.
Why Us?
100% Intern, and Entry-Level Employee Placement Satisfaction Rate
Apply to various different companies directly: getting an internship and job is significantly easier through our program than applying online.
We are going to expose you to internship opportunities you may not have been aware of before.
We will help students with interview practice and CV/Resume building to optimize the probability of you acquiring internships, apprenticeships, or jobs.
